The first bedroom is on the ground floor, incredibly spacious and huge bay window with an abundance of natural light to flood in. Kitted out with a double bed, desk and a ton of storage space they have everything you could need.
On the first floor you’ll find three more bedrooms kitted out with all the same furniture, all with a load of floor space as well to boot. On this floor you will also find the two bathrooms with toilet, basin and BATH, and the second shower room which only contains a shower and basin.
The property is fantastically situated, with Roath Pleasure Gardens and Roath Park around the corner you are in an incredibly scenic area of Cardiff, wonderful for walks and relaxation.
