Sales & Lettings Angels are excited to offer this spacious four-bedroom house on Lisvane Street for just £450 per person, per calendar month (PCM). The property is available for new tenants to move in immediately, with the contract running until the end of June 2027.
As you enter the property, you are welcomed by a large entrance hallway. To your left, you will find the first reception room, currently furnished as a living room but offering the flexibility to be used as an office space or for any other purpose to suit your needs.
Next door is the first bedroom. All four bedrooms are similarly furnished with a bed frame and mattress, chest of drawers, desk and chair, and wardrobe.
Moving towards the rear of the property, you will find the second reception room, furnished with sofas and a dining table. This space could be used as a dining room, allowing you to use the first reception room as your main living area.
Through this room, you will find the beautifully decorated kitchen, featuring wooden kitchen drawers, a fridge-freezer, washing machine, oven and dishwasher. The kitchen also provides access to the low-maintenance garden. Outside, you will find a shed equipped with a tumble dryer and plenty of additional storage space.
Heading upstairs, the second bedroom is located at the rear of the property. Unlike the smaller bedrooms often found in student houses, this room offers plenty of space and comes furnished with a three-door wardrobe, a large desk and chair, and ample shelving for storage.
Next to this bedroom is the full bathroom, complete with a bathtub, shower, toilet and wash basin.
Finally, the remaining two bedrooms are located at the front of the property. Opposite bedroom three, along the upstairs hallway, you will also find an additional storage area.
Situated in the popular Cathays area of Cardiff, the property is ideally located for a range of local amenities, making it a convenient choice for students and professionals alike.
There are several supermarkets nearby, including Tesco on Cathays Terrace and Lidl on Maindy Road, making your weekly shop easy and convenient. The surrounding area also offers a variety of cafés, takeaways and places to eat, with options along Crwys Road and Cathays Terrace, perfect for grabbing a coffee or enjoying a bite to eat.
For those travelling around Cardiff, the property benefits from nearby bus stops on Cathays Terrace, providing convenient access to local destinations and the city centre. Cathays railway station is also approximately half a mile away, offering further transport connections, while Cardiff Queen Street and Cardiff Central stations are accessible for wider rail travel.
With local shops, cafés and public transport links all within easy reach, this property offers a convenient base for enjoying everything Cardiff has to offer.
