Non-parent guarantors are only accepted if 7 months’ rent is paid in advance. If the tenant has no valid guarantor, 9 months’ rent in advance is required.
A holding deposit equal to one week’s rent is required to secure the property. It will be deducted from the final balance if the application is successful, but may be withheld if the application process is not completed.
