In order to reduce visits to properties a number of pre-qualifying questions will be asked before arranging viewings to confirm suitability. Questions will be relative to move in dates, as well as questions on employment as our affordability calculator during referencing is based on the joined earnings of applicants being 2.5x the rent. Less than this may result in a request for a UK homes owner guarantor.
