A three bedroom first floor apartment with its own private allocated parking space. It is set within Stadium View Apartments, a short walk from Cardiff city centre and the Principality Stadium.
The building is the former Wells Hotel, an ornate Victorian landmark dating from around 1890. It is known for its red brick and stone detailing and striking Dutch gables, and has been converted into six self-contained apartments.
Positioned on the first floor, the apartment offers three bedrooms alongside a living area and kitchen. This makes it well suited to sharers, professionals or a small family looking for space close to the city.
The property is offered fully furnished, with the option to let unfurnished if preferred. It also benefits from its own intercom system.
The private allocated parking space is a real advantage this close to the city centre, and rarely found in the area.
Cardiff Castle, Bute Park and the city centre's shops, bars and restaurants are all within easy walking distance. Sophia Gardens, the Taff Trail and the riverside are close by for walks, runs and cycling. The independent cafés of Pontcanna and Cowbridge Road East are also close by.
Ninian Park station is around a 9-minute walk and Cardiff Central around 14 minutes. This makes the location ideal for commuting across the city or further afield.
A well-located three bedroom apartment with private parking, offering space, character and city centre convenience.
