£1,350 pcm includes Council Tax, water, WiFi and background gas central heating – tenants pay only their metered electricity.
The property will be newly redecorated for the new tenancy, with a new cooker/oven and new microwave, and will be available from late November 2026. The generous bathroom (6 m²) benefits from natural light and includes a large shower, bidet, heated towel rail and washing machine.
The property is offered unfurnished, allowing tenants to bring their own beds and sofa, while useful furniture is already provided, including three spacious wardrobes, a chest of drawers and dining table with chairs.
Further benefits include a private external entrance, bicycle storage and on-street parking. The location combines a peaceful village setting with everyday convenience. Local shops, Post Office, schools and bus stops are within walking distance, with convenient connections to the Cambridge Guided Busway, Cambridge Business Park and Cambridge city centre.
