What is Intermediate Rent?
Intermediate Rent offers quality homes at around 20% below the local market rent. The scheme is designed to help working households who are unable to afford private renting or home ownership. Renting at reduced rent allows households to save towards buying a home in the future while enjoying the security of a professionally managed Tenancy.
