It is an ideal home away from home for university students, particularly those travelling to Addenbrooke’s, and is conveniently located in a residential area close to local supermarkets and amenities.
For convenient and hassle-free living, a fixed contribution of £100 per month for utility bills is payable to the landlord on top of the monthly rent. This £100 covers your water, electric, gas if applicable, and even broadband! Please note that council tax is not included in this amount, however, student exemptions from council tax may apply. Tenancies are 11 months, starting on the 14th September 2026.
Flats vary in size and layout. Each includes:
A fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer(s), sink, hob, oven, and the added bonus of a dishwasher
Secure bedroom doors with individual locks for privacy
Furnished bedrooms including bed and mattress, wardrobe or hanging rail, chest of drawers, and desk

For Assured Shorthold Tenancies (Residential Tenancies - Professional Lettings)
Holding Fee: This is equal to one week's rent. Upon successful application, this holding fee goes towards your security deposit for the Tenancy.
Security Deposit: This is typically equal to 5 weeks rent (where the annual rent is less than £50,000). Where the total annual rent is more than £50,000, the security deposit is increased to 6 week’s worth of rent. This is held for the duration of the Tenancy.
Tenancy Agreement update during the term (i.e adding or removing a tenant): £50
Interest on late rent (more than 14 days overdue): 3% over the Bank of England base rate
