A beautifully presented three bedroom apartment situated in a sought-after gated residential development in Bushey. Available now and unfurnished.
Description
Royal Connaught Park is a distinguished Grade II listed estate, most recently home to The International University Europe. For seventy years before that, it served as the prestigious Royal Masonic School for Boys. The original buildings were conceived by the Victorian architects Gordon, Lowther & Gunton, with the foundation stone laid by Queen Victoria’s son, The Duke of Connaught.
Today, this remarkable collection of historic buildings still commands sweeping views across 100 acres of beautifully matured, landscaped grounds. It remains an exceptionally handsome setting, rich in character and architectural grandeur. Its striking appearance has also made it a popular filming location, with parts of Royal Connaught Park featuring in numerous productions, including the Harry Potter films.
The development is gated with concierge, 24 hours security, and extensive visitors parking. There is a private state of the art health and fitness centre located in the original signature building, including a superb indoor heated swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna. There are two tennis courts in the grounds and a courtesy bus service to Bushey and Watford Junction railway station. Approximately 20 minutes to London by train.
This beautifully presented first floor apartment welcomes you with a well proportioned entrance hallway that leads into a bright and spacious sitting room. The modern kitchen is fitted with integrated appliances, offering both style and practicality. A third bedroom ideal as a study or guest room sits just off the hallway. The principal bedroom benefits from its own sleek en suite bathroom, while the second double bedroom is served by a stylish family bathroom finished to a high standard. The layout flows effortlessly throughout, creating a comfortable and well balanced home.
The property also has the benefit of two parking spaces.
