Replacement of Key or Security Device Charge Should the tenant find that their keys or security devices are lost or stolen during the term of the agreement they are welcome to arrange a replacement, providing agent/landlord are provided with a copy. Should the tenant require Grange Homes to arrange the replacement of key/security devices then the full costs incurred will be passed on to the tenant. The cost will be confirmed with the tenant before any works proceed unless in the case of an emergency.
