3-bedroom Maisonette for rent at Henleaze Road, Bristol, BS9

Spacious split-level flat for three professional sharers, moments from The Downs

Set over the second and third floors of a converted house built in the 1920s given generous room proportions, this furnished flat has four bedrooms, with the fourth currently used as a office and spare bedroom with day bed, giving three sharers plenty of space to spread out and relax.

The master bedroom has its own private floor, reached by an internal staircase and finished with an ensuite. Two further bedrooms sit on the lower floor, along with a large family bathroom with both a shower and a separate bath. It's Jack and Jill style, so it can be reached from the hallway or directly from bedroom one.

The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, gas hob and electric ovens, plus a dining table that seats four. A new gas boiler was fitted last year, so you can expect reliable heating and hot water.

The location

You'll have The Downs on your doorstep for morning runs or a weekend wander. Waitrose and the Co-op are both just 0.3 miles away, Southmead Hospital is 1.7 miles and MOD Abbey Wood 3.5 miles, making it a great base for hospital and MOD staff.
