From experience, we are aware that some students might find the setting-up of accounts daunting. HYBR have partnered with The Student Energy Group (tseg), that offer “bills packages” to take away such stress. The landlord will be suggesting tseg to each group that comes on board with him.
Tenancy is one single agreement with all the individual names on.
Once a group is signed up with the landlord, the landlord and his team take on board the management of the tenancy from start to end.
The landlord is a family business that has been in operation for 40 years +.
And....the landlord was nominated “back in the day” for being “Britain's Coolest Landlord”, circa 2013. Not so cool now.
