Property description
7 Bedroom Student House | Bonnington Walk, Lockleaze | £5,425pcm
This is a substantial seven-bedroom house, recently renovated throughout, and set up specifically for student living. The communal space is genuinely generous, there's a large flat-screen TV, comfortable seating, and a breakfast bar that makes it a natural place for the house to come together. The kitchen is fully equipped with double appliances including two ovens, hobs, a washing machine, tumble dryer, and an American fridge freezer, everything you'd need shared across seven people without the usual compromises.
Bonnington Walk is tucked into the residential streets of Lockleaze, one of Bristol's student neighbourhoods. UWE Frenchay is around a 20-minute walk away, and the area connects well to the rest of the city via nearby bus routes along Muller Road and Gloucester Road. Lockleaze itself has a local feel - parks, shops, and everyday amenities are close by without the noise and cost of living right in the centre.
Each of the seven double bedrooms is fully furnished with a double bed, desk, chair, and clothes storage, so you can move straight in without needing to bring furniture. Three modern shower rooms serve the house across multiple floors, keeping morning queues to a minimum. There's also a dedicated study space separate from the bedrooms, useful when the living room gets loud.
To the front there's ample off-street parking, and to the rear a large, low-maintenance garden, a proper outdoor space for the summer months.
Available from July 2027 for the 2027/28 academic year. Contact Front Door Lettings to find out more about referencing requirements, guarantors, and the holding deposit process.
