Property Description:
Welcome to this wonderful, colorful, spacious six-double-bedroom house on Radnor Road, located in the popular area of Bishopston, just off Gloucester Road, a street known for being the longest road of independent shops, cafes, bars, restaurants and boutiques in the UK. Additionally, it is conveniently located near all the main bus routes to the city centre and the UWE Frenchay campus. It is a 20 minute bus ride to the University of Bristol thanks to the regular bus links, and only a ten-minute walk from a large Tesco and the Horfield Leisure Centre.

The lounge has a very large and comfortable corner sofa and leads into the back garden which tenant's are responsible for maintaining throughout their tenancy. The kitchen comes equipped with 5-ring gas hob, electric double oven, two fridge/freezers, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, and breakfast bar with stools.
There are six good-sized double bedrooms, each furnished with a bed, a desk, a chair, clothes storage and window coverings. There is a bathroom with a shower, a separate WC and a separate shower room in the house. The property also benefits from on-street parking (as of the time of marketing the property, always enquire with the council for the most up-to-date information regarding parking in Bristol).
