Property Description:
Welcome to this beautifully presented large Georgian house on Ashgrove Road; as a renter here, you are within walking distance of Durdham Downs, Whiteladies Road, Cotham, and Redland, an area that is bursting at the seams with cafes, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and more. It's also within walking distance of the University of Bristol and two local train stations, as well as other transport links, making for easy commuting and living. Within this building, there are two eight-bed maisonettes available for rent, both of which are fully furnished and include some white goods for the tenant's convenience.
Each of the maisonettes includes a good-sized lounge, a kitchen with two electric cookers, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. There are three bathrooms, one with a shower over the bath and two shower rooms with WCs. As indicated by the floorplan, there are eight good-sized double bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed, desk, chair, clothes storage and window coverings.
The property is heated by gas central heating and boasts a front garden for communal use by the upper and lower maisonettes, and is the responsibility of the two flats in the building. There is on-street parking, but tenants will need to apply for parking permits with the Bristol City Council.
