The only shared spaces are the entrance hall and landing, plus a complimentary washer-dryer in the hallway shared between the rooms.

The room would suit a single working person, mature student, postgraduate, or possibly a couple.

This first-floor front room is one of five self-contained studio rooms in the property. Inside the room there is:
