Property description
8 Bedroom HMO | 2 Thomas Street, Lawrence Hill | Rooms from £730pcm
2 Thomas Street sits directly opposite Lawrence Hill train station, one of the most convenient locations in Bristol for anyone who needs to move around the city or beyond. Temple Meads is one stop away, and the city centre is walkable in under 20 minutes. Lidl is literally on your doorstep for everyday shopping, and the area connects well to both the M32 and wider Bristol bus network.
This is a newly refurbished, purpose-set-up HMO offering eight furnished rooms across the property, with a mix of ensuite and standard rooms to suit different budgets. The refurbishment is recent and the finish is consistent throughout, this isn’t a tired conversion, it’s been done properly from the start.
Each room comes fully furnished with a bed and storage, and all bills are included in the rent (council tax, gas, electricity, water, and broadband) so your monthly outgoing is fixed and there are no surprise costs to manage.
The communal spaces are well thought out for a house of this size. There are two fully equipped kitchens, each with an oven, hob, fridge, and freezer, avoiding the bottlenecks that come with a single shared kitchen. Two washing machines and a dryer are available across the property. The basement area has a large communal living space for downtime, and there’s a secure bike store in the property too.
Two shared bathrooms serve the non-ensuite rooms.
Available from early November. Viewings available now.
