Property description
JBS Bristol is pleased to present this two bedroom house in St George with lovely back garden for chilling and BBQs. It is located just off Church Road and is east of the city centre. The area is well-placed for walking into the city centre; being about 20- 25 mins, perfect for those professionals working in the city.
The closest rail station is Lawrence which connects to the City Centre in minutes and towards Clifton in the other direction. Church Road is a major artery road out of the city and thus carries many regular bus routes such as 42, 43 and 35 throughout the day.
The property is let on an unfurnished basis but does include the white goods in the kitchen (fridge freezer and washing machine in bathroom).
As you enter the property you come through the cosy front facing lounge and links into the kitchen at the rear of the property which is large enough for a table and chairs. Leading down to the garden level is the main family bathroom with the shower over the bath. On the first floor are two good sized double bedrooms.
