Property description
Missiato Estates are pleased to offer a rare opportunity for a group of ten to live together at Malago Scholar Quarters, a popular purpose-built student building on West Street in Bedminster.
The let comprises two neighbouring apartments, [a six-bedroom and a four-bedroom], offering ten furnished bedrooms in total, each with its own private en-suite. Each apartment has its own shared, fully fitted kitchen and living area, so the group can stay together while everyone still has their own space.
Every bedroom includes a comfortable double bed, study desk, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Each en-suite has a shower, vanity unit, toilet and heated towel rail.
An unlimited bills package is available at £100 pcm per person, covering electricity, water, heating and broadband, which makes budgeting simple with no bills to set up.
Outside, residents can relax in the communal gardens, and the building has secure bike storage and a communal laundry. Bedminster is one of Bristol's liveliest neighbourhoods. North Street's independent cafés, bars and shops are right on the doorstep, and the city centre, Harbourside and Temple Meads are all within easy reach. It's well placed for the University of Bristol, UWE Bower Ashton, BIMM and Boomsatsuma.
Large group lets like this are rarely available and are expected to go quickly for the 2027/28 academic year. Call Missiato Estates on to arrange a viewing or reserve the apartments.
Council tax and TV licence are the tenants' responsibility, although full-time students are usually exempt from council tax. Zero deposit option available.
