Available for a mid-November move-in, this spacious two-bedroom apartment is positioned on the fifth floor of a popular development on Marsh Street. The property will also benefit from a brand-new kitchen being installed ahead of the new tenancy.
The apartment offers a bright and generous open-plan living and dining space, with large floor-to-ceiling windows and glazed patio doors opening directly onto the private balcony. The abundance of glazing allows plenty of natural light into the apartment and creates a great space for both relaxing and entertaining.
The newly installed kitchen will come complete with white goods, including a fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher. The living area is furnished with sofas alongside a four-seater dining table and chairs, while a large built-in storage cupboard provides useful additional storage without compromising on living space.
Both bedrooms are well-proportioned doubles and benefit from built-in wardrobes. The principal bedroom also features a large window providing plenty of natural light, together with its own en-suite shower room comprising a shower, WC, wash hand basin and heated towel rail.
A separate main bathroom serves the second bedroom and includes a bath with shower over, WC, wash hand basin and heated towel rail.
With generous living space, excellent built-in storage, a private balcony and a brand-new kitchen, this apartment is well suited to professional sharers, a couple or those looking for a spacious home in a central Bristol location.
