A guarantor is required to demonstrate that they are in a financial position to pay the individual tenant's rent in addition to their own financial commitments should the tenant default.

A holding fee of £175 per person is required to secure the property whilst the necessary checks are carried out.
If the application is successful the holding fee will be deducted from the first months rent and is not an additional cost, if not successful it is non refundable.

Individual payments are accepted for the holding fees/deposits (and first rental payment should you require)
Rental payments thereafter are transferred in one amount from an account the tenants have nominated between them.
