2-bedroom Flat for rent at Richmond Road, Brighton, BN2

Stylish Two-Bedroom Duplex Maisonette in Brighton

A bright and characterful two-bedroom split-level maisonette offering comfortable living across two floors, with views across Brighton from the main bedroom.

The property will be prepared to a high standard before the new tenancy begins. Brand-new carpet will be fitted, any tired paintwork will be refreshed where needed, and the property will be fully cleaned ready for move-in.

The layout works well for a couple, individual wanting extra space, or a small family. The main bedroom is located on the upper floor and reached via a spiral staircase, which gives the property a distinctive duplex feel and leads up to the elevated bedroom with views across Brighton. The staircase may not suit everyone, so prospective tenants should take this into account when viewing.

The second bedroom is smaller than the main bedroom but comfortably fits a small double bed and also works well as a guest room or home office.

The modern kitchen comes equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer, while the property is offered furnished, including a large three-seater sofa.
