Holding Deposit - One weeks rent is payable on application in order to reserve a property. This amount will be deducted from the final balance of your payment at tenancy start. The fee will not be refunded if any relevant person including guarantors withdraw from the tenancy, fail a right to rent check or provide false or misleading information on the tenancy application.
Security Deposit - A deposit equal to one months rent or up to a maximum of 5 weeks rent is payable on tenancy start date to cover damages or default by the tenant during the tenancy.
Amendment to tenancy agreement - A charge of £50 + vat will be charged to the tenant should a request be made by them for any amendments to be made to the current tenancy agreement and new Assured Shorthold Tenancy documents to be provided.
Lost Key/Security Devices/Replacement Locks - Tenants will be liable for the cost of replacing any lost keys/fobs or security devices. If replacement locks are required as a result of the loss, the tenant will be charged the actual costs of the locksmith, new lock and replacement keys for all parties necessary (tenant, landlord and agent).
Early Termination - If the tenant requests to terminate the tenancy early and the landlord agrees, the tenant will be charged the rent due under the tenancy until the replacement tenancy begins, any standing charges for utilities and council tax under the original tenancy and the landlords remarketing costs.
