Property description
**DEPOSIT FREE OPTION AVAILABLE** Boydens are pleased to bring to the market this two bedroom top floor maisonette located in John Ray Street, Braintree.
This beautifully renovated property has been thoughtfully converted from a former house into two stylish maisonettes and is brand new to the rental market.
The maisonette has its own private entrance, leading into a useful ground floor lobby — ideal for storing coats, shoes and everyday essentials. From here, stairs rise to the main accommodation.
Upstairs, you’ll find a bright and welcoming open-plan kitchen, living and dining space. The modern U-shaped shaker-style kitchen features matching wall and base units, a breakfast bar, integrated oven and hob, along with designated spaces for a washing machine and freestanding fridge freezer.
The property offers two bedrooms, comprising a well-proportioned double bedroom and a particularly spacious single bedroom, which could also accommodate a small double bed. Completing the accommodation is a contemporary bathroom fitted with a modern walk-in shower.
Externally, the property benefits from one allocated off-road parking space, complete with a fitted electric vehicle charging point. There is also shared use of the rear garden with the neighbouring maisonette, providing a combination of lawn and a small patio area — an ideal space to relax and enjoy during the warmer months.
