1. Schedule of Permitted Payments – all charges are inclusive of VAT
1.1 Within Tenancy
1.1.1 If you lose a key during your tenancy £72.00

1.2 Rent Collection
1.2.1 To pay the monthly Rent as specified within the Assured Short Hold Tenancy Agreement.
1.2.2 To pay interest at 3% over the base rate of the Bank of England (which we work out each day) on any rent you owe which is more than 14 days late. If the landlord charges this interest, you will pay interest from the date you should have paid the rent until the date you actually pay.
1.3 Deposit or Zero Deposit Guarantee
1.3.1 A refundable tenancy deposit capped at no more than Five Weeks’ rent where annual rent is less than £50,000; or Six Weeks’ Rent where total annual rent is £50,000 or above.
1.3.2 A refundable holding deposit (to reserve a property) capped at no more than one week’s rent.
1.3.3 Option to apply for a Deposit Replacement Product whereby the equivalent of One Week’s rent would be payable to allow the issuance of a policy.
1.4 Tenancy Variation – Within Tenure

1.5 Other Permitted Payments
1.5.1 Permitted Occupier Fee: Per permitted occupier explaining to any permitted occupier their rights and responsibilities towards the named tenant(s) and landlord as well as the provision of documentary guidance and assistance during the tenancy
