Why Passivhaus?
This home is built to the internationally recognised Passivhaus standard. Solar panels, triple-glazed windows and a heat recovery ventilation system work together to maintain a comfortable temperature year-round while using a fraction of the energy of a standard new build. The air inside is continuously filtered and genuinely cleaner than outside. Ideal for families or anyone with allergies, we know this matters.
Location:
SpringMeadow, BD11 1AF: Set in a well-connected part of West Yorkshire, SpringMeadow offers easy access to Leeds city centre (approximately 20 minutes by car) and Bradford (approximately 15 minutes).
