1. Schedule of Permitted Payments – all charges are inclusive of VAT
1.1 Within Tenancy
1.1.1 If you lose a key during your tenancy £72.00

1.2 Rent Collection
1.2.1 To pay the monthly Rent as specified within the Assured Short Hold Tenancy Agreement.
1.2.2 To pay interest at 3% over the base rate of the Bank of England (which we work out each day) on any rent you owe which is more than 14 days late. If the landlord charges this interest, you will pay interest from the date you should have paid the rent until the date you actually pay.

1.5.1 Permitted Occupier Fee: Per permitted occupier explaining to any permitted occupier their rights and responsibilities towards the named tenant(s) and landlord as well as the provision of documentary guidance and assistance during the tenancy
1.5.2 Pet Deposit: Returnable additional Security Deposit to cover the added risk of property damage. This will be protected with your security deposit in a Government- authorized scheme and may be returned at the end of the tenancy £150.00 supplement to stated 5 or 6 week Deposit.
