This payment will come off the balance of your first month’s rent, subject to contract and successful referencing.
A deposit of £1211.00 will be payable alongside your first month’s rent when your tenancy begins, which is payable by debit card, and will be registered into the TDS (Tenancy Deposit Scheme).
