Deposit
The deposit will be held by a government approved Deposit Scheme and is due prior to commencement of the tenancy. The deposit will be equivalent to five weeks rent. Deposit: Once the full deposit is paid, the property is then secured. The deposit will be held by the deposit protection service (dps).
