2-bedroom Flat for rent at Brook Road, Borehamwood, WD6

Light-filled two-bed corner flat, 13 mins walk to Thameslink

A bright, stylish and fully furnished two-bedroom, two-bathroom corner flat on the 8th floor in Borehamwood, with allocated parking and Tesco Extra directly opposite.

At approximately 923 sq ft (85.7 sq m), this is one of the larger two-bed flats in the area. The 20ft x 18ft open-plan living space alone is bigger than many one-bed living rooms. Being on the corner of the building, the flat has huge windows on more than one side, so it’s filled with sunlight from morning to evening. You can watch both the sunrise and the sunset from home, with far-reaching views across Borehamwood.

The living space has wood flooring, a designer vertical radiator and statement lighting, with plenty of room to relax. The modern kitchen has sleek handleless units, metro tiles and under-cabinet lighting.

Both bedrooms are generous doubles with built-in wardrobes. The main bedroom has an en-suite shower room with a large walk-in rainfall shower. The second bedroom (14ft x 10ft) is currently set up as a home office with two desks, ideal for working from home and is large enough for a double bed, which can be provided on request. The main bathroom has a bath with shower over and both bathrooms have heated towel rails and wall-hung toilets. There’s also a handy storage cupboard in the hall.
