Sherlock Quarter homes are heated by electricity and charged by household usage. Homebox will appoint the initial supplier with the option to change providers and should notify Get Living. A metered water supply is provided by Severn Trent and charged based on usage. Hot water usage will be charged via Homebox with no option to change provider.
