Utilities:
Glide Wi-Fi is included in the rent. All other utilities including electricity to be paid separately by the resident(s) directly to the provider. Sherlock Quarter homes are heated by electricity and charged by household usage. Homebox will appoint the initial supplier with the option to change providers and should notify Get Living. A metered water supply is provided by Severn Trent and charged based on usage. Hot water usage will be charged via Homebox with no option to change provider.
