We understand that what is important to the students is not always the priority of the parents, this is because our team has the perfect mix of recent graduates and parents.

* Safety - Our students are our priority, we have 24/7 security, we are located in a quieter area of Harborne, but close enough to local amenities
* Location - closest is around a 15 minute walk, furthest away 25 minutes, both walks are well lit for the winter months and in safer areas
* Budget - All are great value for money and all inclusive of bills (including amazing Wi-Fi), we do have rooms for any budget
* In House - The Halls are managed direct, no third parties, we are the Landlords most staff are in house, this means if there is a maintenance issue, we deal, faulty equipment, we deal. We have a 24/7 phone line for emergencies and maintenance
* Living Conditions - All of our properties are warm and comfortable, no damp and regular inspections to make sure the standard is kept up.
As said, we direct manage, so if you student is coming as a solo booking into a house share, we do our best to make sure the rest of the sharers match.
One of our staff members will have contact with each student prior to finalised allocation just as an additional measure to help with this.
The best thing though is that each time you contact us, it will be part of our team exclusively looking after our 2 sites in Birmingham. We do have a 24/7 answering service but the main functions are all dealt with in house.

Links View has 2 buildings with 8 ensuite rooms in a quiet location in Harborne, with the back drop of the golf course, a convenient setting in Birmingham with a rural feel
The rooms are spaced out over 3 floors and the common area runs from front to back giving a feel of privacy while allowing social interaction only if you choose to
All rooms are ensuite, with a mini fridge, sharing a kitchen lounge/dining room. French doors open onto the communal gardens. Most rooms are above ground floor
We are a 25 minute walk or 10 (or less) minute cycle ride from the QE Hospital and UoB main campus, with a secure bike store and CCTV covering the entrances, plus off road car parking and new parcel drop room
Each room has a double bed, desk, chair, TV, mini fridge, bathroom and plenty of storage. Making for a truly comfortable study and relaxation space,
This property would suit groups or individuals wanting to seriously study without worrying about Wi-Fi failing or being disturbed but others, while at the same time, being able to socialise, such a clever design!
