Cadnam Hall is purpose built student accommodation, each hall is only 3 stories and not over looked, over the 3 Halls there are 94 classic rooms, which are large in comparison to most halls but we also have 17 deluxe rooms.
12 of the flats have 5 classic rooms and 1 deluxe room, all sharing a brilliant kitchen/dining/lounge area and 1 flat has 5 deluxe rooms.
The classic rooms are massive, the deluxe unbelievable, nearly 50% bigger than!
Access to outside communal grounds, with seating areas, backing onto the Bourne Brook Nature Walk, not overlooked, very tranquil peaceful settings.
Each deluxe room has a king-size bed, lots of space, some have 2 seater sofas and they tend to be booked first so if you want a huge room, get in touch.
With our selective allocation, early booking will help us make sure you have the right flat mates!
All our excellent rooms are ensuite and all inclusive of bills with huge bright kitchen areas for a maximum of 6 people to share, with ample space to relax with a flat screen TV, sofa and plenty of dining area. Plus we have an onsite free gym

The huge kitchen has a lockable cupboard, white goods, ironing facilities, vacuum cleaner, mop bucket and French doors allowing natural light.
Our tenancies will start on the 19th September, however we do have a very limited number of early check-ins available on a first come first served basis.
Discounts of £100 off the rent for recommending friends for both you and the friend, no limit on the number of friends or if you come in a group, we have group booking discounts
