The Holloway's location couldn't be better: nestled between New Street Station & The Mailbox - we blend the hustle and bustle of city centre living with the quiet enjoyment of being near to Birmingham's canal side. Enjoy being within walking distance of an abundance of culture: museums, entertainment, bars and restaurants all lie on your doorstep - living at The Holloway makes it easy to sample all that Birmingham has to offer. Commuting? The Holloway is only a 13 minutes' walk to Birmingham New Street Station. Worried about carrying your shopping? Don't be! We are a short walk away from The Bullring as well as having a range of convenience stores on our doorstep.
UTILITIES
With 150mb WI-FI included each month, you can connect and start surfing as soon as you move in! Should you select an upgrade, we have two options available to you:
500 mb - £10 per month
1GB - £15 per month
All apartments are electric supplied having self-contained electric hot water and heating - residents are welcome to choose their own utility providers when you move in, however, for ease we offer all residents the ability to consolidate bills with our partners at Homebox - please speak to a member of the team should you need more information.
DEPOSIT
Our traditional deposit is the equivalent of Five Week's Rent
Alternatively, subject to referencing, The Holloway is partnered with Flatfair's No Deposit solution - meaning residents can opt out of paying a traditional security deposit but instead, can pay a nil deposit fee of 28% of 1 month's rent (+VAT). This fee is non-refundable and is not a deposit so cannot be used towards covering the cost of any future damages that might occur. The plan means you don't have to pay the deposit in advance but you are still responsible for paying any outstanding rent or damages. PARKING
Parking is available at £150 per calendar month - please note we have limited availability and parking is available on a first come first serve basis.
Within the car park there are a small amount EV Parking Spaces for any electric vehicles. We also have some disabled car parking spaces should they be required by the residents. Car details such as make, model and registration will be required at the time of reservation.
As our parking will be limited, we have an ongoing partnership with Q Park @ The Mailbox who offer discounted rates for The Holloway Residents.
PETS
We'd love you to bring your fluffy friends to The Holloway, we are happy to accept small pets with up to date vaccinations and relevant insurance (please note you will be required to provide proof of these at the time of reservation). Please request to keep a pet at the time of application or prior to your pet moving in.
Council Tax - Band E (Birmingham City Council)

* Gas - No gas supply to individual apartments

* Amenity Spaces & Roof Terraces - For resident use; opening hours and booking restrictions may apply. No gas or charcoal BBQs permitted.
* Amenity Private Hire - Time and type restrictions apply. Cleaning/condition deposits may be required and are refundable if the space is returned in good condition.
* Events - Free unless specified otherwise on the event listing.
* Pets - Permitted subject to registration and adherence to the pet policy (available on request).
* Holding Deposit - Equivalent to one week's rent; deducted from first month's rent.
* Tenancy Deposit - Choice of:
- Traditional deposit (one month's rent, protected in a government-approved scheme), or
- Deposit replacement policy (tenant pays provider; terms and costs provided by the supplier).
* Car Parking - Allocated spaces available at additional cost on a first-come, first-served basis please enquire for costs.
** Gym - Included in rent; access provided after waiver signed.
The advertised rent includes a temporary promotional incentive of £3,480 (equivalent to 2 months' rent free) funded by the landlord, reducing the effective amount payable to £1,450 per calendar month for a 12-month term. The contractual rent payable of £1,740 per calendar month under the tenancy agreement remains unchanged. Key details of this promotion:
* Your first months rent must be paid prior to the first day of the tenancy, along with all other sums due under the tenancy agreement.
* The promotional incentive will be applied as a rental credit to your resident account during the second month of your tenancy, reducing the amount payable in the third and fourth months.
* Applicants must complete Apo's standard reservation, referencing, and verification processes.
* The offer has no cash value and cannot be transferred or combined with any other promotion
