Holding Deposit:
This is equivalent to one week's rent on the agreed monthly rental value and will be offset against the total move in monies due prior to move in. The holding deposit on this property is £190.38
This is refundable unless you:

During The Tenancy Term (Payable to Maceys Estates Ltd)
Tenancy Amendment: A fee of £50.00 (incl. VAT) will apply if the tenant requests, and has approved, a variation to the tenancy agreement.
Key Replacement: The cost price of the replacement of any lost key, key fob, security device or any other item that is required to access the property will be borne by you.
Early Termination: Upon the receipt of a written request from the tenant (and with agreement of the landlord), to terminate the tenancy prior to the fixed term, a fee of £50.00 (incl.
