Entering through the grand front door on Great Pulteney Street, you are greeted by a large communal area. There is a staircase and also lift access to your garden flat. Access to your property can also be via Pulteney Mews, where you can either enter through your garden privately, or via another communal door on the ground level backing onto Pulteney Mews.
Entering the flat you find a corridor, with space to hang coats. There is also a large storage cupboard in this corridor that acts as a small utility area, with space for storage and a washing machine / dryer. The smaller of the two bedrooms is off the corridor here, but this is still a large double bedroom.
The kitchen is completed to a high specification, with Siemens appliances throughout, including induction hob, oven, microwave and large fridge-freezer. There is also a dishwasher.
The large reception room is one of the highlights of the flat, with plenty of space to host. It backs on one side to the large conservatory extension, which is currently used as a dining room, but equally could be used as a lounge or warmer space to relax in the winter months, as the room is connected up to the central heating via a radiator.
Off the back of the lounge you head towards the family bathroom with freestanding bath. After this you head through to the principal bedroom, which has a dressing area in the corner, as well as ample built-in storage. It also has an ensuite bathroom with shower.
The whole property is completed to a high standard, and is well-worth viewing. Garden flats in central Bath are a rare find, especially one which also is light and airy, which this property certainly is.
