Property description
Hamptons are delighted to bring to the rental market this exceptional garden apartment, occupying the ground, lower ground and basement floors of a beautiful townhouse on one of Bath’s most prestigious addresses, moments from the Royal Crescent. AVAILABLE ON A SHORT LET WITH ALL BILLS INCLUDED.
The apartment opens into an elegant entrance hall, framed by striking Crittall-style windows and a glazed door leading to the impressive drawing room. A well-proportioned study sits alongside, with a bespoke bookcase concealing a secret door and staircase to the mezzanine level.
A wooden staircase leads down to the garden level, where a spacious kitchen/dining room offers excellent living and entertaining space, featuring high ceilings and a contemporary kitchen thoughtfully integrated with the original fireplaces. A utility area, guest WC and access to the front courtyard complete this floor.
Positioned to the rear, the principal bedroom is light and spacious, enjoying lovely views over the walled garden and benefiting from an en suite shower room. The lower ground floor provides two further substantial double bedrooms and a newly fitted bathroom with a separate shower.
