Sympathetically restored and finished to an outstanding specification throughout, The Meadows combines timeless period character with contemporary design, creating boutique homes of exceptional quality that are rarely available to the rental market.
Every apartment has been thoughtfully designed with an emphasis on craftsmanship, natural light and understated elegance. Bespoke kitchens feature premium integrated appliances, quartz worktops and contemporary cabinetry, while luxurious bathrooms are beautifully appointed with high-quality porcelain tiling, chrome fittings and sophisticated lighting. Soft neutral décor, quality flooring and carefully selected finishes create interiors that are both refined and welcoming.
At approximately 60 square metres, each one bedroom apartment offers generously proportioned accommodation, thoughtfully designed to maximise space, comfort and practicality without compromising on style.
Large windows frame uninterrupted views across the surrounding countryside, including the beautiful Bathampton Meadows and the River Avon, creating a wonderful sense of tranquillity throughout the seasons.
Outside, residents enjoy generous landscaped gardens and outdoor space, professionally maintained by the landlord all year round, allowing you to enjoy the setting without the responsibility of maintenance. Every apartment also benefits from allocated off-street parking and a private single garage—features seldom found with apartments in such a desirable location.
