This top floor (second floor) apartment is located a short walk from the very centre of Bath. The apartment has been decorated throughout and benefits from double glazing, having modern kitchen appliances (oven, hob, washing machine, fridge freezer, extractor). The apartment is accessed via a shared communal hallway (due to be redecorated and carpeted) and there are only three flats in the building.
When walking through the entrance to the property there is a short flight of stairs up to a small landing where you can access the bedroom. The bedroom is double glazed and quiet due to being at the back of the property. Unusually, there are another few steps with skylight above onto the main landing giving this apartment a feeling of space. From the landing you can access the bathroom with an electric shower over the bath and separate kitchen with a window to rear of the building. At the front of the building is a large lounge that could easily be set up as a lounge dining room.
The apartment has central heating.
