Once you have applied for a property and we have received your application forms and references, we will then check you can afford the property and have a satisfactory credit score. We expect that rent and debt payments dont exceed 45% of your total income.

Credit referencing

We wont normally accept applicants with County Court Judgement (CCJ) or Individual Voluntary Arrangement(IVA), if you apply we will review each case individually. We dont accept guarantors.
DPS
