The studio apartment is located within a small holding known as Sutton Mawr Farm just off Five Mile Lane in The Vale of Glamorgan. Sutton Mawr Farm is set within acres of countryside and only five minutes from the amenities and beaches of Barry island and just a 20 minute drive to Cardiff.

The location offers modern accommodation set within a quiet, semi rural spot with parking, secure private gated entry and outdoor amenity space.

The studio apartment itself has its own private entrance and is independent from the main house which is located in the charming French style courtyard.

The apartment offers privacy, comfort and a quite space to work and rest. It is located on the ground floor and has been designed for disabled access if required.

Central heating via biomass boiler and log burning stove.

The apartment provides modern, spacious, open plan living accommodation, wood flooring, modern white fitted kitchen with 2 ring hob, oven and integrated appliances (fridge with freezer compartment and dishwasher), dining table and chairs, a lounge area with armchair, sofa and wall mounted flat screen TV, a double bed and en suite shower / wet room. A laundry room is available on site for guest use.

The price includes all bills including wifi. Guests are welcome to use the tennis court (by appointment) and the bohemian gym (at own risk).
