Lost Key(s) or Other Security Devices
Tenants are liable for the actual cost of replacing any lost key(s) or other security device(s). The cost can vary depending on the type of key or device. Tenants will be liable to pay up to £50 per key or device If the cost exceeds £50, reasonable evidence of the cost will be provided. If the loss results in locks needing to be changed, the tenant will be responsible for the full cost of the locksmith, new lock, and replacement keys for all relevant parties (tenant, landlord, managing agent, etc.).
