Property description
A Modern and Spacious 6 Bedroom Student Property available to Groups of 6, 7 or 8! Located within a stone’s throw to the University. Conveniently located within walking distance to shops, supermarkets, bars and a 24 Hour Convenience Store. Bills Included. No Summer Retainers.
This boutique student accommodation is perfectly situated in the heart of Bangor, offering a unique blend of comfort, style, and convenience. The property features large, individually themed bedrooms, contemporary communal spaces, two stylish kitchens, and beautifully landscaped front and back gardens. Fully refurbished and furnished, the house spans three floors and is designed to support both study and social life.
The spacious city-themed lounge and dining area is ideal for group gatherings, comfortably seating seven or more people. It includes a 50" SMART LCD TV with Freesat, Netflix, and a TV licence, surrounded by wall-mounted colour-changing LED strip lights that create a relaxed atmosphere. Large windows flood the room with natural light and offer picturesque views.
Each of the seven bedrooms comes with a double bed, fitted with deluxe Crib5 orthopaedic mattresses and protectors—an uncommon luxury in student housing. The rooms also feature ambient LED lighting to personalise your space.
The property includes two modern bathrooms and an additional WC, providing ample facilities for a group of this size. Unlike most student homes in the area, this one boasts two fully equipped kitchens, each with a fridge-freezer, integrated cooker and hob, and microwave. The first-floor kitchen also includes a dishwasher, making clean-up effortless.
Laundry is made easy with both a washing machine and a tumble dryer—another rare feature in student accommodation. The house is fully insulated, double-glazed, and gas central heated, ensuring warmth and comfort throughout the year. For added security, the property is fitted with an alarm system and security lighting at both the front and rear.
A standout feature of this home is its two bespoke gardens. The front garden includes a two-tiered patio with balustrade, artificial grass, a picnic table, and LED floor lighting. The back garden is fully decked and furnished with outdoor tables and chairs, an L-shaped sofa, parasol, mood lighting, external plug sockets, and a BBQ—perfect for studying, dining, or relaxing with friends.
All bills are included in the rent—gas, electricity, water—as well as unlimited superfast fibre broadband (300 Mb/s), TV licence, Freesat, and Netflix (subject to fair usage).
The property is suitable for seven students, or eight if a couple is happy to share a room. Located just 30 seconds from the Pontio building, one minute from Morrisons, and three minutes from the Main Arts Building, it offers unbeatable access to everything Bangor has to offer. Best of all, there are no summer retainers.
