Property description
Located just a short walk away from the main University building, 1 Penllys Terrace is ideally situated for those who wish to be close to the action without living directly in the busiest streets of Bangor. Perched on a scenic terrace overlooking the back of Pontio and Bangor high street, the property can certainly boast some excellent views. In this two bedroom property, both bedrooms are of a generous size with double bed, desk and office chair and plenty of storage furniture. On the same floor the bathroom can be found, which is spacious and fitted with sink, toilet and shower stall. Downstairs is a comfortable living room with two sofas and TV stand, with a separate dining room to the rear of the property furnished with dining table and chairs for six, which makes this room perfect for hosting. In addition, there is also a fridge-freezer in this room and plenty of storage furniture to tidy away belongings. The kitchen contains oven and hob, washing machine and extractor fan. Tenants benefit from a wealth of storage space in the form of cupboards, open shelving and a shelved pantry.
