**Holding Deposit:**
A holding deposit equivalent to one week's rent is required to secure the property. Applicants will have five working days to provide necessary information to our referencing partner for assessment. Upon successful application, the holding deposit will either be refunded or applied towards the first month's rent, in accordance with the Tenant Fees Act 2019.
The holding deposit may be retained if:
- False or misleading information is provided
- The applicant withdraws from the property
- Right to Rent checks are unsuccessful

**Applicants:**
All applicants and permitted occupants aged 18 or over must pass Right to Rent checks, regardless of whether they are named on the tenancy agreement.
**Security Deposit:**

**Utilities:**
