Spacious two-bedroom third-floor flat with excellent storage
🏡 This well-proportioned two-bedroom third-floor flat offers spacious accommodation with a good-sized lounge, separate fitted kitchen and the added benefit of a large storage cupboard.
The lounge (approx. 4.6m x 3.3m) provides a generous living space, while the separate kitchen (approx. 3.3m x 2.3m) comes with a gas oven and hob, space for an under-counter fridge/freezer and plumbing for a washing machine.
The property has two bedrooms, comprising a good-sized double bedroom (approx. 3.7m x 3.3m) and a single bedroom (approx. 3.7m x 2m).
The bathroom (approx. 2.3m x 1.6m) is fitted with a bath with shower over.
A particularly useful feature of the flat is the large storage cupboard (approx. 2.1m x 1.5m), which houses the gas and electric meters while still providing plenty of additional storage space.
The property also benefits from a garage (partially shared with the landlord), providing useful additional storage space, along with on-street parking available in the surrounding area, subject to availability.
