A holding deposit equivalent to one week's rent is required to reserve a property. This deposit may be withheld if any relevant person (including any guarantor) withdraws from the tenancy, fails a Right to Rent check, provides materially false or misleading information, or fails to sign the tenancy agreement and/or Deed of Guarantee within 15 calendar days (or another deadline as mutually agreed in writing).
