The house is at an amazing location situated in the heart of Brynmill and has sea views from the front-facing bedrooms. The lounge consists of new leather L sofas along with a wall-mounted flat screen TV. Here is what the previous tenants had to say about the property: I enjoyed living in the house; it was within a good proximity to everything and had a homely feel to it. The house was in a great location, and the landlord was always friendly and keen to help. I very much enjoyed living at Bayview Terrace, the location was perfect, plenty of parking space, affordable and homely.
