With its private balcony overlooking the Marina and being offered with allocated parking is this spectacular and fully furnished two bedroom apartment in the heart of the Maritime Quarter.
Finished to an exacting standard and ideally located to provide a peaceful home but close enough to the city centre, this home is perfect for any working professional/couple.
Set on the third floor, the apartment benefits from an abundance of natural light, mostly from the large double glass fronted doors that lead to the private balcony. This overlooks the Marina itself and sitting out enjoying the views over a morning coffee or something a little stronger in the evening is one of the main benefits of an apartment such as this.
This being said, the apartment itself is immaculately presented and boasts a large living room with plenty of space for a lounge and dining area/home office setup.
This is partially joined by the kitchen with an alcove so that you can be preparing the evenings dinner but still part of the conversation (or watch the TV while cooking which is more likely).
Both bedrooms are double bedrooms with the master being more spacious but both being finished to a high standard and offered with storage space.
Lastly there is the modern fitted bathroom which has both a bath and an overhead shower to suit the needs of any person (let?s be honest, showers are more convenient but who doesn?t enjoy the occasional soak in the tub?).
The building itself has an intercom system linked with the apartment so although there is no lift, you don?t need to go downstairs every time to let someone in. There is also an allocated parking space located just to the rear of the building.
The location is ideal to offer excellent links with the M4 as well as being within walking distance of a number of waterfront bars & restaurants, the city centre, the bus station and the train station.
This apartment rarely stays on the market for long so we strongly advise contacting a member of our team today to arrange a viewing before the opportunity disappears.
